  • How long do I have to make a return?

    14-Day Return Window

    We will gladly accept returns of full-price items for a full refund within 14 days from the time of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached to the original packaging.

  • Are there any return restrictions?

    Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition. Footwear returned in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox cannot be accepted and will be sent back. Visible wear can include dirt, dust, fraying, and matting to the new leather outsoles and adhesive protection.

    Items that show visible wear will be rejected and returned to the sender.

    We ask that you take extra care when trying on our shoes, and wear them on a soft, clean surface (a towel, a rug or carpet, etc.) and avoid wearing them outdoors until you’ve decided that they are right for you.

  • Is a return shipping label provided?

    When returning items, we ask that you kindly use the shipping label provided to you via the initial order so that we can better track your return.

  • Are returns and exchanges free?

    While all exchanges are free of charge, please note all return orders will be charged a below-market $7 processing fee for domestic online returns. The fee will be deducted from the customer's refund.

  • How soon will I receive my refund?

    You will receive a refund within 1 business day from the time we receive your return.

    Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued. You will receive a confirmation email of your refund. Refunds take between 4-7 business days to reflect with your financial institution.
